1 | OBJECT AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
COCOPARK® is an amusement and leisure park created by the company Maroc Parc. The present general conditions of sale (GCS) apply in their entirety to all activities and services organized within COCOPARK®. These provisions aim to govern the contractual relations between the client and MAROC PARC on the occasion of purchasing access tickets to COCOPARK® directly at the park entrance or online on the website www.coco-park.ma. The applicable GCS are those in effect on the date of the online purchase validation. The company reserves the right to modify these GCS at any time by publishing a new version on the website. Any reservation or purchase implies unconditional adherence to these general conditions of sale, which are available at the park’s reception or during an online purchase. Every visitor is asked to comply with the internal regulations of COCOPARK®, available at www.coco-park.ma.
2 | COMMON CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASE
1- PRICING
Prices are expressed in Moroccan Dirham, VAT included. Prices are subject to revision at any time. The price of access to COCOPARK® entitles the holder to benefits according to the different formulas offered. When the pricing conditions are related to the age of children, they are determined on the day of the park visit. Proof may be requested in case of doubt about the child’s age.
2- TICKETING
The access ticket allows any individual to access the park and/or a selection of attractions, according to the chosen package, during the indicated validity period and public opening hours. The packages offered by the park are as follows:
DISCOVERY PASS
Price: 25 DHS
This package is valid for a single entry. It gives access to the park only, without access to the attractions. Access is controlled via the turnstile opening tokens.
CHILDREN’S RATES
JOY BRACELET
Price: 50 DHS
This package is intended for children under 12 years old. It is valid for 1 day, includes free park entry, and allows obtaining an individual rechargeable bracelet with a minimum recharge of 50 DHS.
EXTRA JOY BRACELET
Price: 70 DHS
This package is intended for children under 12 years old. It is valid for 1 day, includes free park entry, and gives unlimited access to all children’s attractions.
For a visitor to be considered a child, they must be under 12 years old.
ADULT RATES
PLAY PASS
Price: 100 DHS
This package is intended for adults over 12 years old. It is valid for 1 month, includes free park entry, and allows obtaining an individual rechargeable card with a minimum recharge of 100 DHS.
SENSATIONS PASS
Price: 170 DHS
This package is valid for 1 month and includes unlimited access to the Place des Sensations.
FAMILY RATES
FAMILY PASS
Price: 240 DHS
This package is valid for 1 month. It is intended for 2 adults and 2 children. It includes free entries and a minimum recharge of 240 DHS.
OTHER PACKAGES
EXPERIENCE PASS
Price: 500 DHS
This package is valid for 3 months. It allows obtaining an individual rechargeable card with a minimum recharge of 500 DHS and includes a free bonus of 100 DHS.
3 | TICKET PURCHASE PROCEDURES
To buy a ticket on the park’s website, the Buyer should:
- Go to www.coco-park.ma and click on the “Rates and Ticketing” tab.
- If the buyer is a new client, they must create an account by providing their email, a password, title, country, name, first name, phone number, and postal address.
- Select the type and number of tickets desired and follow the instructions mentioned on the Site.
- Check the order by confirming the purchase and, if the buyer wishes to modify their order, they can do so by canceling the procedure.
- Choose their payment method and finalize the transaction.
The buyer receives a confirmation email for their purchase.
4 | ORDER CONFIRMATION
The order is firm and final only when the full price has been collected by the park. The purchase of one or more tickets at the park entrance must be paid in a single transaction. The park’s responsibility for online sales cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damage related to the use of the Internet network, including service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.
5 | PAYMENT METHODS
For any purchase, the price must be paid in full at the time of ticket purchase. Payment can be made by credit card, cash, or certified checks for any counter order. Any banking fees incurred by the transaction, for any reason, cannot be borne by COCOPARK®.
6 | MODIFICATION, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND OF TICKETS
Access tickets and E-tickets, as well as ancillary services, are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-modifiable. Any service not used by the client for reasons not attributable to the park cannot result in any refund. E-tickets are sent exclusively by email, and their materialization will be made at the park entrance by QR code.
7 | INSURANCE
COCOPARK® has taken out a professional civil liability insurance contract with an insurance company.
8 | RESPONSIBILITY
COCOPARK® declines all responsibility for any damages of any nature that may affect the effects, objects, or materials brought by clients. The park cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft, or personal items. Each visitor is responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, they may cause during their presence within COCOPARK®. The park is solely authorized to determine the operating and maintenance conditions of the park, according to its needs and constraints, and decides on the opening calendar and public opening hours. The buyer commits to respect the present GCS, all internal rules applicable within the park premises, especially safety and hygiene rules, as well as all instructions regarding courteous and respectful behavior towards staff and other visitors. In case of non-compliance with all these rules, the company reserves the right to prematurely end the visit. Affected clients cannot claim any refund or compensation. Individuals who have knowingly caused damage can be banned from accessing the park in the long term.
9 | RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
It is important to note that this right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure service provisions. Indeed, once the consumer has used their entry right or started to enjoy the park’s attractions, they can no longer retract. In case of doubt or questioning, it is recommended to contact the park’s customer service for additional information.
10 | RIGHT TO IMAGE
In the context of the park’s activities, animations, and promotions, photos taken of visitors and published on any media become the acquisition of COCOPARK®. Consequently, no person can claim rights to these photos and thereby renounces any recourse against Maroc Parc Company and its subsidiaries.
