The internal regulations

To ensure a pleasant experience in the park and to guarantee your well-being and safety, it is imperative to adhere to the conditions laid out in the following internal regulations: 

ARTICLE 1 :

Any person within the park’s premises, whether individually or in a group, automatically and unconditionally agrees to the entirety of these internal regulations.

ARTICLE 2 :

The implementation of these regulations is overseen by the park’s staff, who are authorized to ensure compliance with the instructions herein.

ARTICLE 3 :

Visitors are requested to only move around in designated areas. It is strictly forbidden to enter the perimeters of the attractions if they are closed. Emergency exits and firefighter access must remain accessible.

ARTICLE 4 :

Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied and remain under the full responsibility of their parents. The park cannot be held liable in case of any disaster or accident.

ARTICLE 5 :

Visitors are requested to abide by safety instructions and refrain from disrupting the peace of others. Within the park premises, visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds public order and refrains from jeopardizing the safety, dignity, health, or peace of mind of other visitors and/or park personnel, as well as avoiding damage to the facilities or personal belongings of fellow visitors.

ARTICLE 6 :
Instructions regarding user eligibility can be found in front of each attraction. The management cannot be held responsible for any failure to comply with these instructions. Eating or drinking is prohibited in certain attractions, and signs will be posted on these rides to indicate this. Some high-thrill attractions may be unsuitable for individuals with certain medical conditions and are not recommended for pregnant women. COCOPARK® cannot be held liable for any failure to comply with these instructions

ARTICLE 7:

Lockers are available for customers to store their personal belongings. Beyond this facility, the management cannot be held responsible.

ARTICLE 8 :

For safety and hygiene reasons, COCOPARK® reserves the right to conduct visual inspections of visitors’ personal belongings at the park entrance.

Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to bring the following items and products into the park:

  • Illegal substances and/or objects (drugs, alcohol, etc.)
  • Beverages and food products
  • Dangerous objects (flammable, acidic products, weapons, lasers, etc.)
  • Glass or sharp objects (Swiss knives, razors, scissors, etc.)
  • Noise-making items (megaphones, horns, musical instruments, etc.)
  • Remote-controlled objects (remote-controlled cars, planes, boats, drones, etc.)
  • Personal transport equipment (roller skates, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc.)
  • Pets

Visitors must behave respectfully within the park in a manner that does not compromise the safety, dignity, health, or tranquility of other visitors and/or park staff, nor the integrity of the facilities or the personal belongings of other visitors. It is prohibited to:

  • Smoke or vape in designated “non-smoking” areas.
  • Display violent or hateful behavior towards other visitors or staff, engage in racist, discriminatory speech, or make statements punishable by law.
  • Damage installations, infrastructure, and equipment.
  • Pray outside of the designated prayer room.
  • Damage green spaces (harm trees, uproot plants, pick their fruits and flowers, etc.)
  • Litter outside of trash bins.
  • It is strictly forbidden to feed the animals and fish in the park.
  • Engage in commercial operations within the park.

ARTICLE 9:

The temporary shutdown of an attraction for any reason (maintenance, weather, etc.) does not entitle anyone to any compensation or refund.

ARTICLE 10 :

In case of adverse weather, force majeure, or any other exceptional event, the management reserves the right to evacuate the park’s clientele at any time to safeguard the integrity and safety of visitors and equipment without any entitlement to a refund or compensation.

ARTICLE 11 :

As part of the park’s activities, animations, and promotions, photographs of visitors taken and published on any media become the property of COCOPARK®. Consequently, individuals waive any claims to image rights for these photos and relinquish any recourse against Maroc Parc and its subsidiaries..

ARTICLE 12 :

A suggestion box is available at the park entrance to improve the reception and comfort of visitors.
